RE: As Long As I And Obaseki Remain In Office, Ugabi Won’t Be Sworn In: It will not be business as usual… Idodo
Etsako East APC replied the Deputy Governor of Edo State, Philip Shaibu for his purported during his political campaign at Okpekpe, Shaibu threatened that, as long as him and Obaseki remain in office Hon Kingsley UGABI and other House of Assembly Candidates will not be sworn in come 2023 if voted for.
We want the Federal Government and the public to know this, that Ugabi will be voted for and he will win because his people loved him same applies to other House of Assembly Candidates.
We take this as a mere threat because Nigeria operates democratic government and not dictatorship but if Shaibu insist, he should be informed that, is not going to be business this time.
Ugabi and Others continually winning shows how they have be victimised by Obaseki and Philip led administration. And this time, the people are ready to vote them again as a sign of love they have for them to represent them.
We want to assure our people not to be moved by this mere threat as Philip Shaibu can never be demigod in Edo State.
