Etsako East APC Condoles With Jarrett Tenebe Over Mother’s Demise

 

Etsako East LGA Chairman Hon. Peter BU Okponokhe has commiserated with Edo State deputy Chairman of APC Emperor Jarrett Tenebe, whose mother, Deaconess Mrs Veronica Tenebe, passed away on Sunday.

In a statement, the chairman said, it was sad to hear of the passing of madam Veronica Tenebe, noting that her death was a loss not just to her family but to the society at large.

He said that the contributions of the deceased matriarch of Tenebe’s family to society was laudable, and urged the children and other family members to be consoled by the legacies she left behind.

“Although mama was old, it’s usually very heart-breaking to lose a parent at whatever age. I am nonetheless consoled by the fact that Mama Veronica Tendbe lived a worthy and exemplary life, and known to have impacted on many lives while she lived.

“On behalf of the Etsako East government and people of Edo State, I condole with the deputy Chairman, on the passing of his beloved mother, Mama Veronica Tenebe.

“It is indeed a painful loss but I urge you, Jarrett, and the entire family to take solace in the fact that she lived a life of great accomplishments and left indelible footprints.

“It is our prayer that God should grant you and the family the fortitude to bear this great loss,” Okponokhe said.
