A Prominent Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Etsako West Local Government Area and a member of the Edo State APC Governorship Campaign Council Medical Team,, Chief Dr. Nelson Tenebe, has extended his warmest wishes to Muslims around the world as they celebrate Eid-el-Kabir
In his congratulatory message made available to Glory News, Dr. Tenebe, urged Muslims to imbibe the virtues of tolerance, sacrifice, kindness, forgiveness and love learnt during the Eid-el-Kabir lesson and replicate those virtues in their everyday conduct.
Dr. Tenebe stressed the need for Muslims to work towards a prosperous and healthy society where peace, progress and sustainable development thrive.
The APC Chieftain called for peaceful co-existence amongst Adherents of different beliefs to attain progress and oneness in the country.
This, he said, will foster unity, promote togetherness and mutual understanding amongst different tribes and Religions.
The Medical Practitioner of international repute urged Muslim faithfuls to practice those virtues that would foster peace and togetherness in the country.
According to him, Eidel Kabir calls for sober reflection on the importance of the celebration. He called on Muslim faithfuls not be carried away with merryment, but they should be mindful of the essence of the season.
Chief Tenebe used the occasion of the Eid-el-Kabir to drum support for the APC Governorship candidate, Most Distinguished Senator Okpebholo to emerge as the Governor of Edo State to enable the people to experience a new lease of life.
He called for support and cooperation amongst Leaders of different religions to attain sustainable growth and development in the state and country and wished the faithfuls a glorious celebration.
