Chief Richard Lamai, a prominent Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former South South Deputy Director of Tinubu Presidential Campaign Council, has sent warm congratulations to Senator Monday Okpebholo on his emergence as the party’s governorship candidate.
In his congratulatory message, he described Senator Okpebholo as a tested politician who has the requisite experience and leadership qualities to take Edo state to the next level of progress and development.
The Notable APC Chieftain also congratulated Rt. Hon. Dennis Idahosa on his emergence as the deputy governorship candidate of the party.
He expressed the hope that the joint ticket of the duo will secure a landslide victory for the party.
According to him, Rt. Hon. Idahosa’s achievements as a member of the House of Representatives will rekindle the yearnings and aspirations of Edo people.
The APC Leader urged all party supporters and faithfuls to throw their weight behind Senator Okpebholo to ensure that APC wins the main election.
Chief Lamai also posited that the Edo Central born Senator has demonstrated passion, patriotism, courage, and the determination in the cause of building a prosperous and progressive Edo State.
According to him, Senator Okpebholo’s wealth of experience will certainly be critical in APC’s continued efforts to attain a guaranteed and better Edo State.
