Francis Alimekhena in Abuja as requested and He (Sen Francis Alimekhena) who is from Word three (3) in Etsako East asked the Chairmen to write down their names and as soon as he received the list from one of his aliens Hon Lucky James he asked for pen and stroke out Hon Peter Okponokhe’s (his own chairman) name from the list, as he gave the five thousand (N50,000) each to others.
