Your death came to us as a rude shock yesterday.
You were one of Agenebode personality that brought our community name to limelight.
As a young man, your relationship with the likes of late Chief Mko Abiola, late Maj. Gen. Shehu Yaradua, Ahj Bamanga Tukur, Chief Ali Balogun and so many other prominent Nigerians and the spirit of bringing them to Agenebode in the 80s during social events and ceremonies with King Sunny Ade, Sir Shina Peters, High Chief Amb Vincent Ugabi, Chief Ahj. Sir Waziri Oshomah, Late madam Agbaobesi and others during social events thrilled us.
As a politician, who sought the Edo North Senatorial seat in 1992, we were hopeful.
You have always been a shining light.
As staff of the Ministry of Transportation, and your government appointment/ position in a short engagement in then Old Gongola state now Adamawa state , it was our name you were propelling everywhere.
As Managing Director of Africa Ocean Line and later Chairman/CEO of Baldok Shipping Line, we were proud of your accomplishments in the Maritime industry. This is in addition to your getting to the zenith with a PhD as a Marine Engineer in Poland

You became a pacesetter in the Media world with the establishment of “Raypower Fm and AIT stations respectively. You were also a force to be reckoned with on employment creation, turning younger men and women to professional Journalists and communicators which have helped in Nation building and Raypower and AiT transmission stations in Ivianokpodi, (Agenebode) and all over Nigeria is our pride.
Your philanthropist gesture 🙌 cum disposition and the lives and families you have touched all over Nigeria is endless.
Of a truth, all of these have been a source of Inspiration to every AGENEBODE indigene and especially for us who know you personally.
We immensely condole with your immediate family , the entire Dokpesi Dynasty and the Weppa and Wanno people on this Irreparable loss.
May his gentle soul continue to rest in peace.
