We Don’t Have Confidence In Obaseki And His Government, Don’t Give Him Our N5b Palliatives Money To Him —APC Tell FG
Recalled that, Edo State Government led by Governor Godwin Obaseki asked Edo State Labour Union not to accept APC led federal government Palliatives over the Subsidy removal.
We what to used this opportunity to remind the President Tinubu’s led federal government administration not to make this same mistake the formal President, Muhammedu Buhari made when he gave Governor Godwin Obaseki COVID-19 pandemic Palliatives which was later used for Edo State 2020 Governorship Election.
If that mistake repeat itself, then be rest assured that the Palliatives is met for New People Democratic party (NPDP) this Time, I am very sure The Deputy Governor Comr. Philip Shuaibu factions will not partake of this N5billion Palliatives.
I also want to remind the Federal Government that the foreign Grand that was Met to be shared for 3,000 Edolites at N3,500,000 was never disbursed but channeled into Governor Godwin Obaseki private Company account.
We called the attention of the formal President GEN. (RTD) Muhammedu Buhari’s led Federal Government and the then EFCC Mohammed Bawa’s attention to this grant Palliatives but nothing was done about it.
Edo State people don’t have confident in Governor Godwin Obaseki and his Government. On this note we are asking the Federal Government to employ the services of a private firm to do the needful and put a smile on the face of the edo Masses.
