The candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) during the just concluded edo state Etsako East local government council election, Comr. Sunny Ekpetika Ekpeson has lamented over the sudden death of Muritala Ugonor by unknown gunmen.
Sunny recalled how they both work closely way back in 2015, during Engr. Momoh’s senatorial struggle in Edo North, noting that, Muritala Ugonor was a friend to the core and a party man worthy of emulation.
His sudden death came as a shock as he was gruesomely murdered by unknown gunmen in Auchi, September 5, 2023. I mourn with his immediate family and the entire APC big family in Etsako East.
May the good Lord give the family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. Rest in peace brother, Sunny said.
