RE: Women Reliable Allies In Politics – Oshiomhole

No doubt that, it’s time for women to showcase their talents and Lady Adetutu Owolabi is here to redeem Akoko-Edo constituency from deceivers seeking third and fourth term in office.

Recall that, the former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, on Monday, said women are the most reliable allies in politics.

The former Edo State Governor noted that their roles cannot be underestimated in Nigerian politics.

This is as he pointed out that women are known to be more committed and loyal to both the candidate and the party.

PUNCH reported that the people’s Comrade made the assertion at the maiden Edo North APC’s women’s conference, held in Iyamho, Uzairue, Etsako West Local Government Area of the State, organised by the women’s wing of the party.

“I must say that women are the most reliable allies in politics and I am admitting that their roles cannot be underestimated in Nigerian politics.

“I commended them for coming out from their shell to seek political relevance and hold political offices in our country,” he added.

One of the women leaders, Mrs Dame Omua-Okpaku, said the women’s conference is timely and pungent, stating that some of the issues to be raised and debated at the conference will dwell on the rights and privileges of women being currently discussed in the national assembly.

Adetutu is not just a politician but she’s a grassroot politician who has offered herself in so many ways to redeem her constituency. She has the capability, she’s trustworthy and reliable.

A serious government will fix power problem in six months. And the only way to have stable repositioning of Akoko-Edo is to vote out deceivers seeking for third and fourth term because even if you give them hundred (100) terms in office, it won’t change anything.

“It’s time to restructure Akoko-Edo: The present situation of things needs rehabilitation and there’s no doubt that a dynamic woman like Adetutu Owolabi will repositioning the constituency comes 2023.

“Instead of calling for those seeking for third and fourth terms resignation for not providing solution to the many challenges in the Akoko-Ed constituency, they should quietly leave the office for vibrant and fresh blood to take over from them.
