*VANDALIZATION OF OUR BILLBOARDS IS A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY*

We are in receipt of vandalization of our billboards in some parts of Weppa Wano in Etsako East by the opposition party, the PDP.
The said billboards were intact until the last hours of yesterday.
While noting the fact that no party has the monopoly of violence, we wish to state categorically that APC is a nonviolent party prepared to win the forthcoming general elections no matter the intimidation or distractions.
Rather than engaging in destruction of our billboards, it is our admonition that such effort should be channeled towards settling of unabated internal party differences that has enveloped the PDP.
We therefore call on the leadership of the opposition party to caution their supporters to desist from such acts of criminality as it is a grievous criminal offence to destroy campaign insignias.
