DETAILS AND RESOLUTION OF THE MEETING
The Meeting started with individual prayers said by attendees. The Director in his opening prayers welcomed the attendees and charged them on the need to structure the Executive position across the three (3) senatorial districts of the state to enable a committed and organised structure of the committee.
The attendees made several contributions for fairness and good representation and mobilization. The said positions were zoned unanimously across the three (3) senatorial districts with:
Director in the Edo South Senatorial
Assistant State Director- Edo Central Senatorial District
Secretary in the Edo North Senatorial District
Assistant Secretary in Edo South Senatorial District
State Head of Media and Publicity, Edo Senatorial North
The Three Senatorial Districts were to Chose a Senatorial District Coordinator each
It was further discussed at the meeting that members on the general list be identified and reached out to through the Presidential Campaign Council Secretariat for proper inclusion in prior activities.
Also notice to be put on the South South platform for Edo Indigenes to identify themselves
Other positions are to be concluded on the next meeting day.
Members could also be cooptedqhere necessary
The key activities of the Directorate were read out by the Director to the attendees, he advised and urged members to be up and running with political activities of the Directorate as time is of the essence.
Refreshment followed and meeting was adjourned to a further date.
