I Will Make Edo North The Envy Of Other Senatorial Zones
Oshiomhole Assures Owans As The People pledged Their Total Votes

The Winning Candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), in the forthcoming Edo North Senatorial election Comrade Adams Oshiomhole has assured the people of Owan West Local Government Area that, when elected as the Edo North Senator, he would not only ensure that Edo North gets its fair share of Nigerian National resources allocation but he would also engage a process that will make Edo North to be an envy of other Senatorial zones because of the abundance provisions he would attract particularly when voted along with Ahmed Tinubu as President.
The former Governor of Edo State stated this today at campaign rallies in Owan West Local Government Area when he addressed at each ward, a massive crowd of supporters who defiled the hot sun to stage a road show welcome for Comrade Oshiomhole as well as thronged the rally venues to listen to his message of hope and recovery, amidst their heavy shouts of OshioBaba! OshioBaba!!. OshioBaba!!!
In his address at the rally, Comrade Oshiomhole explained that though he was grossly disappointed that the incumbent government of PDP in Edo State did not continue the development paths he created in Edo State, he is however optimistic that all hope is not lost. According to him, ” I will not only restore and recover what Edo North has lost by the maladministration of the incumbent government in Edo State, I would ensure that apart from Edo getting its fair share of the allocation of what is due to it, I shall use my capacity to utilize my relationship with Bola Ahmed Tinubu when voted has President, to make Edo North the envy of other Senatorial zones.” He emphasized that if Bola Ahmed Tinubu wins the presidential election and he (Oshiomhole) wins the Senatorial election, Edo North would have gotten into a fresh path of development that would enable him to continue from where he stopped when he was the governor of Edo State.
Comrade Oshiomhole also admonished the people of Owan West Local Government Area to Vote massively for Prof Julius Ihonbvere, the incumbent member, House of Representatives and Hon Omo Ohio for Edo State House of Assembly. He noted that the current Senator representing Edo North has constituted himself as cog in the wheel of progress at the National Assembly. Comrade Adams further condemned in strong terms, the display of docility and total ineptitude by the incumbent Senator as well as his bench warming representation that culminated in his inability to secure a concurrent passage of the bill to establish the Federal University of Sports at Afuze, Owan East Local Government Area in Edo North. Rhetorically, he asked, “Can you imagine me in Senate , standing on the floor of the Senate to argue a bill to establish a University in Edo North particularly when it has been passed by the House Reps and not get it done?”
In a related development, the Sobe traditional Council of Chiefs were emphatic in their declaration of support for Comrade Adams Oshiomhole. Speaking today, on behalf of His Royal Highness, Odibiado of Sobe, Barr. Anthony stated that Comrade Adams Oshiomhole has already campaigned for himself and his party through the uncommon development projects he brought to Sobe and the facilitation of viable appointments for Sobe people. In his word, “… Comrade sir, prior to your election as the Governor of Edo State, there was no government presence in Sobe. But, as soon as you came, you brought the Red Roof Revolution here and you also appointed our Son, first, as a State Commissioner and subsequently a Federal Commissioner.” Continuing, Barr. Anthony concluded, “…we are only waiting for the Inec set date to reward you and other APC candidates with our votes in order to appreciate all you have done for our Community.”
