Etsako East APC LGA Chairman Hon. Peter BU. Okponokhe led administration has felicitates with High Chief Joseph Otoaye says he is a political demagogue and as one whose opponent are afraid of going into the field with.

High Chief Otoaye, a die-hard support of APC is an uncompromised personality who never discriminate irrespective of ones status. He is a man both young and old are cleaving to identify with because of his simplicity and people-oriented governance.
