Expresses Appreciation to the people of Etsako, Pledges To Keep His Promises

The House of Representatives Member-Elect for Etsako Federal Constituency, Ambassador Sunday Anamero Dekeri has expressed his deep, heart felt appreciation to the people of Etsako Federal Constituency for their support and votes in last Saturday, February 25th election that gave him victory at the poll.

Addressing Etsako women and other support groups that paid him congratulatory visits at his palatial home in Okpella, Etsako East Local Government Area, the clearly elated Anamero thanked the people for accepting him and believing in his capacity to deliver. He noted that the overwhelming votes he received from every part of the Constituency constitutes a clear demonstration of the people’s trust in him. He therefore reaffirmed his readiness to make the people proud of his representation.

According to him, “I deeply appreciate the people of Etsako Federal Constituency for the massive support they gave me, before and during the election. It was a total support as reflected in the results across the entire Constituency. There was no part of the Federal Constituency that did not turn out massive votes for me. We went round the three local government areas and the clans therein. We met the religious bodies, ethnic groups, professional associations and interest groups in the constituency. From the results obtained, it is apparent that I was accepted by all.
Therefore, I cannot thank the people enough but I simply want to start by saying I am indeed, absolutely grateful.

Your votes signified your trust in me and the seal upon my promises during the campaigns. Be assured that I shall fulfill my words as my bond to the people of Etsako Federal Constituency, in a just ,fair and equitable manner and we shall clearly experience better days and time in the Constituency.”

Danco , as fondly called by his numerous supporters, also used the opportunity to restate his firm believe in the Etsako Project which forms the nucleus of his vision and mission as clearly packaged in his working guide, The SHIELD AGENDA at the National Assembly.

Ambassador Dekeri however admonished women in Etsako to form groups and cooperative societies in order to make it easy for them to be timely identified for the needed empowerment.

“As I move into the National Assembly to represent you, I humbly request you to remember me in prayers because, with God, we can do all things.” Anamero concluded.
