2023: Obaseki, Philip, Alimikhena, APC Anti-Party Leaders, Others Cannot Defeat Oshiomhole In Edo-North – Idodo Abdulrasak
As the 2023 general elections race gathers momentum, Etsako East APC Publicity Secretary, Hon Idodo Abdulrasak, is all out to edge out Governor Godwin Obaseki, his deputy Rt. Hon. Philip Shaibu, and others.
Edolites are wiser now especially the Edo North senatorial district, we have pledged never to make such a mistake again, you can’t be using Mr. Governor and his deputy who are yet to be accepted as authentic PDP to boast of winning an election. Someone, who all his promises and projects rely on MOU without executing any.
I want to be frank with you, nobody is talking about Alimikhena now because the entire Edo North said they don’t want him because he has nothing to show as his scorecard. They want someone who can relate well with them and has the energy to withstand the challenges bedeviling the Edo North district.
Edo North in their millions are tired of seeing the face of someone who have dominated the political space in the almost 8yrs years and yet, unwilling to take a bow. In the spirit of the new thinking and paradigm shift, please tell them to allow us to breathe, he added.
During the Edo State 2020 gubernatorial election, those who played Anti-Party made us lose the election. Today, they are crying but some of us stood and said APC will not die.
Some people want to use Edo North to buy back their personal business. They talk about private sector – let them mention the private business that had survived.
We are ready for anybody who wants to join Mr Governor and his cohorts in PDP, but all I know is that, Edo State and Edo North to be precised is fully for APC.
