There is a clear difference between following a leader and understanding how that leader genuinely views and values those who follow them. I believe it is important to make that distinction.
You can dedicate years of your life to serving someone, only to discover that they never truly cared about your growth, your well-being, or your future. Some leaders focus only on the immediate, offering occasional support or financial assistance but after many years, you may realize that you have made little or no meaningful progress.
When I made the decision to follow Emperor Jarrett Tenebe, I did so without expectations or the hope of receiving personal benefits. My decision was based on conviction, not reward.
Over time, however, I came to realize that Emperor Jarrett Tenebe is a remarkably selfless leader. He is someone who genuinely thinks about the welfare and progress of those around him. You can see the concern on his face whenever things are not going as planned, especially when it affects one of his followers. He carries the burden of ensuring that those who believe in him are not left behind.
