MONDAY INWOMOH RESIGNS AS WARD 3 COUNCILLOR AS ETSAKO EAST L.G.A CALLS FOR IMMEDIATE BY-ELECTION
Etsako East Local Government Area, Edo State – The leadership of Etsako East L.G.A has received the resignation letter of Hon. Monday Fancy Inwomoh as the Councillor representing Ward 3, effective immediately.
In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations governing local government administration, we urge the Edo State Independent Electoral Commission (EDSIEC) to conduct a by-election to fill the vacant seat with immediate effect.
The swift conduct of the by-election is essential to ensure that the people of Ward 3 continue to have effective representation and participation in the decision-making process at the local government level.
We call on EDSIEC to take all necessary steps to ensure a free, fair, and credible by-election, in line with the principles of democracy and good governance.
The people of Ward 3 and Etsako East L.G.A look forward to a seamless transition and the prompt conduct of the by-election.
